Return Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most unused items in their original condition. Products must be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used body care products
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
- Gift cards and digital products
- Customized or personalized items
- Products without original packaging
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Log into your account and visit Order History
- Select the items you wish to return
- Complete the return authorization form
- Package items securely using original packaging
- Include the completed return form
- Affix the provided return label
- Drop off at designated carrier locations
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or full refund upon receipt.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective items only. To request an exchange, please indicate your preference on the return authorization form.
Store Credit
You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit never expires and can be used for future purchases on our website.
International Returns
We currently accept returns from US addresses only. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or return shipping costs.
Holiday Returns

Final Sale Items
All final sale items are clearly marked at purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
